I doubled my volume in one month!

Here is a great success story about Ashley, a young new mom who joined Shaklee a couple of years ago. Ashley is working part-time in her business and in January DOUBLED her organization volume from 7,500 to 15,000. There is a NEW WAVE of growth taking place in Shaklee today and it's happening primarily in the 25-45 year old age bracket. While some of the tools being used are new (social media for example), what's not new is HOW it's getting done-- setting goals, doing appointments, having meetings and events, and sponsoring new members and builders.

I learned about Shaklee over two years ago. My husband and I both have nutrition backgrounds, so the company’s products and research as well as its history were attractive to us.

Once I began using Shaklee products I knew I had made the right decision. And I also lost weight with Shaklee 180® and won the Healthy Competition. My Shaklee business grew organically through sharing my story. And as my business grew I discovered that I was really passionate about walking others through healthy lifestyle and business journeys.

Inspired by one of my team members, Rachel Tabor, I hosted an online event in Facebook promoting Shaklee 180 and the “In for 10” Challenge. I called it the “New Year, New You” Event, and using video and testimonials I shared the Shaklee 180 program, focusing on the program kits.

I gave out prizes for participation – which helped the event stay at the top of participant timelines and kept the momentum going. I also offered a special price for people purchasing one of the Shaklee 180® kits during the event.

From that event, I sponsored 15 new Members and generated 2300 personal volume in one day. In the month of January, I doubled my organizational volume from 7500 to 15000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also created private Facebook accountability groups for the people who joined with Shaklee 180, called “Better Together.” The idea was to create a safe space to help people to stick with the program on a daily basis. I stay connected with the group by posting pictures; tips and motivation that will help them stay on track. My ultimate goal is to help people shift their “why” from weight loss to lifestyle change. The private nature of the group allows people to be vulnerable and receive the support they need on their journey. And it helped me to follow up with 20 of my members at once.

I also offered a referral incentive in my group -- $15 in Shaklee products for a referred Member sponsored with a Lean and Healthy kit and $30 in Shaklee products for Turnaround™ kit. From those referrals, I got eight new Members and recently started a new “Better Together” Group!

Overall, I have 20 Members on AutoShip and five of my new Members reordered products within the same month they joined, showing me that there is a lot of commitment to the program.

This is just the start for me. I have some pretty big goals for myself. I will be an Executive Coordinator by June and a Senior Executive Coordinator by December…and I am confident that I am well on my way!
