It's all worth it

I have a book titled A Setback Is a Setup for a Comeback by Willie Jolley. The title is the reason I purchased this book because it's about life in general and specifically about what all of us face.  In the introduction of this book it says the following:
Adversity and challenges are life's way of creating strength. Adversity creates challenge, and challenge creates change, and change is absolutely necessary for growth.  If there is no change and challenge, there can be no growth and development.

Read that a couple of times. Think about the adversities and challenges you have faced since you said yes to the Shaklee opportunity. As you look back have you had some personal development? Have you grown as a person? Of course, that is a loaded question because one of the greatest things that happens to people who work at this business is their personal development. What we become is more valuable than what we get in this business.

Most of us are doing things we never in a million years thought we would be doing.   This isn't just about making sales. It's about what was said above: accepting challenges, facing adversity, and experiencing personal growth. What's your greatest challenge this week?    What adversity are you facing? What do you want to possibly change about yourself? Think about those three questions. Keep stepping across that line and do the things that seem difficult to do.

You are much better than you think you are, and you can do much more than you think you can.

Enthusiastically,
Gary Burke
