A powerful idea

I was listening to a CD as I was driving through Wisconsin a couple days ago and I heard this lady make a statement that is worthwhile to anyone who truly has a desire to grow in various areas of business or life.  All I know is her name is Artemis.

Here is what I heard:  "You will always grow to the things you commit to."

I would suggest you stop right here and read that comment slowly to yourself and then think about it. Better yet, get in a discussion with someone in your team and talk about it. I think that once a person buys-in to this kind of a principle or idea, their chances for making progress in business or in life goes up dramatically.

I would also suggest this powerful principle become a part of your training for all people in your downline.

Are your prospecting skills growing? 

Are you committed to become better in prospecting? 

How is your sponsoring going? 

Are you committed to improvement in this area? 

Is your personal group PV where you want it?  

If not, why not commit to doubling your PV?

Are you earning what you want to be earning from your Shaklee business? 

Are you planning on attending the Long Beach conference? 

Are you committed to being there?

I think you get the idea. This is one of the simplest and most powerful ideas / principles I've ever come across.
