This will be a short but very thoughtful message as hopefully it will make you think. I found the following in a book I read a few years ago. It made me think then and it makes me think today.
If you don't go after what you want, you'll never get it.
If you don't ask , the answer is always "No!"
If you don't step forward, you're always going to be in the same place.
To make progress in this business we must go after what it is we want, and ask questions as well as committing to move forward.
Simple.
