The above is probably the absolute best description I've ever come across that mentions what it's going to take to be successful. Not just in this business but in anything and everything people may try. Ask anyone you know who is successful in anything if they agree with this statement below. Anyone at any level of success at anything.
What this is really saying is that if we truly want to achieve our goals, we better get busy learning lots of lessons.
