It’s GrOw Time
This message is about leadership and what it does. The primary role of a leader is do develop workable skills by which others become productive. Therefore, the test of a leader is not what he does but what others do as a result of what he does. That is why it is often said leadership is more caught than taught.
· Are you developing workable skills so others in your downline have a role model?
· Have you been growing your monthly PV?
· Do you have appointments for this week?
What you want to keep in mind is being a good example for the people in your organization.
Once you are an example for your people, things change because people will want to be building just like you’ve been doing. Think about it.
