If you haven't noticed it yet, it's time for high schools and colleges to start their football season this week. Last week there was a great article in the Minneapolis newspaper about a local high school football coach. Mike Grant he has been coaching at the same high school in this area for 24 years. His record is 274 wins and 66 losses, 15 time conference champions and eight time state champions.
He has a system and a process for developing players - it's about fundamentals. He focuses on repetition of those fundamentals. This coach knows that if the kids work hard at the fundamentals in practice they are going to get better. By the time these kids are juniors and seniors he knows he will have a excellent chance of having a really good team. Very simple. In all phases of life it's about getting better: improving, practicing, learning the fundamentals...practice, practice, practice. When you work at the system/process, change will take place. Very positive change.
So here are some questions for all of us:
Am I getting better at the fundamentals for building this business?
Am I going to be better in the next 6 months then I've been in the last 6 months?
Do I have the mind-set/attitude it will take to make these next few months highly productive?
Take a look at your monthly PV average for the past 3 months. Are you satisfied with your PV where it is? Do you think it would be worth your time and effort to literally double/triple your monthly PV? What about your monthly earnings? Would it be worth your time and effort to double/triple your monthly income?
Why not? Why not now? Why not you?
